The First Annual West Oahu Summer Festival held on Saturday, August 18th, 2012 @ Kalaeloa Raceway Park opened it's gates to the general public from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. in the evening for an all day event under the hot hawaiian sun
With the gates of Kalaeloa Raceway Park opening up at 8 a.m. for participants of the Car Show & Competition, a wide range of custom & modified vehicles started rolling in including new & old school imports, domestics, classics, hotrods, lowriders, race cars, drag cars, old school vw's, slammed trucks, sky high trucks, gold carts, and a whole lot more
Other activies automotive enthusiasts could partake in included an SPL Drag Sound Off for those interested in ear numbing heart pounding bass, Rock Crawling, a Truck Tug-O-war, and the ever so popular Burn Out Contest
Car clubs in attendance included Runumhard, Hazardis, Outsiders C.C., 808 Camaros, Supremacy C.C., and a whole lot more including solo riders who could more than hold it down on their own
Acitivites and entertainment one could check out included a Ladies Bikini & Wet T-Shirt Contest, live music & performances, a Men's belly flop contest, a Chilli & BBQ Ribs Cook Off, RC Drifting, an exhibition Lowrider Hop Off, and a whole lot more
