The Ala Moana Hi Rise Cruise & BBQ presented by Ltd. Addiction, Handshakes Build Empires, Atualoa M.C., and Fiah Cliquewas held on Sunday, August 5th, 2018 bringing together families, friends, lowriders, customized one off bicycles, old school imports & minitrucks, and classic cars for a fun filled day in Hawaii Nei. Car, motorcycle, & bicycle clubs in attendance included none other than Atualoa M.C., USO Car Club Hawaii Chapter, Supremacy Car & Motorcycle Club, Imaginations Car Club, Defiance Car Club, Childhood Dreams Car Club, Grounded Lowcals, the Others B.C. Ohana Chapter, Huakai M.C. Hawaii, Lowriders Pride Car CLub, Elite Car Club Hawaii Chapter, 94 Block Life, and a whole lot more including solo riders who could more than hold it down on their own

Inspired by cruising at Ala Moana Beach every Sunday from back in the day, "Trey" Acio of Ltd. Addiction along side Handshakes Build Empires, Atualoa M.C., and the Fiah Clique created the Ala Moana Hi Rise Cruise & BBQ. Back in the day, the 90s to be exact, every one would cruise every Sunday through Ala Moana Beach Park snaking their way through Ala Moana Center, Waikiki, and Diamond Head. A time when mini trucks with tilt beds and lowriders dominated the boulevards and the streets. A time when everybody use to cruise through the streets, avenues, & boulevards of Waikiki on the weekends. Those where the times! A time when everyone looked forward to hitting the streets and cruising on the weekends!
