The 2nd Annual Hawaiian Isle Autofest held on Saturday, August 6th, 2005 within the War Memorial baseball stadium. A great success with it's second showing once again as people of all ages attended the show. A full range of vehicles were on display as well ranging from radically modified bagged trucks, imports, domestic classics, muscle cars, drag cars, euros and late model volkswagens, all the way to sky high trucks and a lamborghini to boot Sponsors for this event included Strada Wheels, Xenon One, Audi, Maui Harley Davidson, Certified Sounds, Cutter of Maui, Devious Customs, Island Dodge, Outback Steakhouse, NB DJ's, Kitagawa's Towing, Krispy Cream, and Wild 105.5 Entertainment was abound including the unreal bikini contest as 5 lovely ladies stepped onto the podium to flaunt what they got in hopes of winning the $1000 cash prize for 1st place. Congratulations to the lovely Miss Lindsey for taking home 1st! Other events one could check out was the hydro contest, air bag contest, SPL contest, hardbody contest, and the sought off after-party. Let's not forget the first ever soft body contest! The first ever soft body contest in our view within the eight08 state, as three contestants stepped onto the podium and had all the spectators rolling! Eye candy was abound as well as main headliners from the likes of Alexia Lei, Sandee Westgate, and Pam Rodriguez made their down to Maui. Let's not forget the lovely ladies of Kealoha Promotions including Cheryl Ocampo, Teresa Bringas, and Pualei as they were definitely a hit among the crowd leaving them gawking left and right. Can you say I Kandy?!?! Xzibit Wheels had their fair share of girls representing as well, and represent they did with four lovely women strutting their stuff throughout the show DJ's from Wild 105.5 filled the air with beats that kept the crowd hyped up, as live bands inluding Go Mega, Malino, and Cool Rush soothed your senses with island favorites and local jams throughout the day and evening Over $40,000 worth of cash and prizes were given away including a Grand Prize for best of show: $1000 Billet Trophy, $500 cash, and a whole lot more.
