Xccelerate Hawaii Xtravaganza Auto Show

The Xccelerate Hawaii Xtravaganza Auto Show held on Sunday, October 8th, 2006 within Aloha Stadium, Lower Halawa Parking Lot, from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. Held in celebration of Xccelerate Hawaii Magazine's One Year Anniversary in the industry, this car show brought together an assortment of modified vehicles ranging from hod rods, imports, euros, domestics, custom streetbikes and choppers, and everything else in between

Categories that one could enter included 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for Import class, Euro class, Domestic class, Lowrider class, Classic class, Truck/SUV class, Motorcycle/Custom class, and Streetbike class. Other trophies included Club Participation, Best Vendor Booth, and the coveted Best of Show

Activities for the event included an eight08.net King of the Streets Hop Off, the Dimension Motorsports RC Drift and Rock climbing contest, the Mobile Car Audio Rumble Contest consisting of a car audio and engine decibel metering contest, and a stunt exhibition

Entertainment for the event included live performances with Stand Alone Entertainment & Al Vegas, Charlie Charlie, IA, & Devious, live performances by Hawaii's local group "Kawao" playing their latest hits from their newly released CD, and a whole lot more. Let's not forget about the 808 PROMO Bikini Contest and Fashion Show which most definitely heated up the afternoon even further to an already humid yet delightful day

With that said, we'd like to congratulate Charles and his fellow staff members of Xccelerate Hawaii Magazine for a great Xtravaganza Auto Show, a great showing from the automotive community, and a great day under the hot hawaiian sun filled with automotive enthusiasts, dope rides, and fly hunnies!
