Pinoy's Best is a Filipino Restaurant located in the heart of Waipahu, Hawaii. Their hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. till 7 p.m. I love to frequent Pinoy's Best in Waipahu, Hawaii during my numerous visits to Oahu Nei. And YES, Oahu is my home although I'm based out of San Franciso, California. San Francisco > Honolulu > Seattle to be exact
